Terms of service

These terms cover the services offered by JK Biz LLC, trading as JK Biz Ops (“we,” “us”). By booking a call or buying an assessment, you agree to them. Questions? Email jared@jkbizops.com.

The free call and first fix

The 15-minute call and the one-page first fix that follows are free and carry no obligation. They are our recommendation based on what you tell us; you decide whether to act on any of it.

The assessment and the guarantee

The assessment costs $499. After one recorded 45-minute call, we deliver a written blueprint, normally within 48 hours. You keep the blueprint whatever you decide next.

Our guarantee: if the blueprint does not identify at least 5 hours a week of time you could recover, we refund the full $499 and you still keep the blueprint. To claim the refund, email jared@jkbizops.com within 14 days of receiving your blueprint and we will return the full fee.

The install

The install is optional and separate. If you want it, we quote a fixed price from your blueprint before any work starts, and your $499 assessment fee comes off that price. It runs about two weeks and includes one page of instructions per system and 30 days of text support after handoff. You own every login, document, and system we build for you, and we do not keep access after handoff.

Payment

The assessment fee is due before the recorded call. Install work is billed per its written quote. Nothing is billed by the hour, and you will not receive a charge you did not agree to in writing first.

Your part

So we can do the work, you agree to give us accurate information about how your business runs and, for an install, the access needed to set up the systems we agreed on.

What this is not

Our work is operational advice and setup. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make about your business. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with an updated date below. The version in effect when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
