No time to learn it
Every tool wants a weekend. A setup video, a template, a “quick start” that is not quick. You have the weekend spoken for. So you try it once, get a decent paragraph, and it never touches the actual work.

Nobody is going to hand you a generic tool and walk away. I sit down with you, learn how your week actually runs, and build the fix for your business, not for a business like yours. It starts with 15 minutes on the phone. Two days later you have the first fix in writing: the tool, the plan tier your size needs, the monthly cost, the first step. No charge. The $499 assessment goes deeper: a blueprint built for your business, 5 hours a week found or you pay nothing.
Built for your business, not a template · First fix free · $499 blueprint, 5+ hours found or full refund · Every cost in writing before you buy
02 · The Problem · Time
You run the business. That already takes every hour you have. Learning which AI tool fits, setting it up, and teaching it your business is a second job, and nobody is going to do it at 9 p.m. after a full day. So the tab stays open, the trial expires, and you go back to doing it by hand.
Every tool wants a weekend. A setup video, a template, a “quick start” that is not quick. You have the weekend spoken for. So you try it once, get a decent paragraph, and it never touches the actual work.
The tool you looked at in the spring has new pricing, new features, and a new name for the plan you were on. By the time you finish the tutorial, the tutorial is out of date. Keeping current is a full-time job, and you already have one.
The work still gets done by hand. The question gets answered by a person, the quote gets priced by a person, the Friday report gets copied by a person. Not because AI cannot do it. Because nobody had the hours to set it up for your business.
Keeping up is my job, not yours. I test the tools, check every price at the vendor’s page, and bring you the one that fits your business with the cost written down. You spend 15 minutes on the phone. That is the whole time commitment.
03 · Process · Four steps
You can stop after any one of them and keep what you have.
01
Three questions. What repeats every week, what an hour of your time is worth, and the one job you would make disappear. You prepare nothing.
02
A one-page fix in your inbox: the tool, the plan tier your size needs, the monthly cost, the first step. Built for your business after I have heard how it runs. Every price checked at the vendor’s page before it reaches you. You can start it that day or hand it to someone.
03
One recorded 45-minute call about your whole week. Two days later, a blueprint built for your business: every task worth handing off, the hours each one eats, the top three priced in dollars, the order to fix them in. 5+ hours a week found or full refund. You keep the blueprint either way.
04
I build the top fixes inside your business. Fixed scope, about two weeks, one page of instructions per system, 30 days of text support. Your $499 comes off the price.
Every step is priced before it starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.
04 · Plan · A blueprint built for your business
The blueprint is the product. It is built from your recorded call, in your words and your numbers.
It answers one question: which repeatable work in the business should a system be doing instead of a person, and in what order.
Seven sections, one document, yours whether or not you hire me for the build.
The blueprint stands on its own. The build is a second decision: I install from it, in order, over about two weeks.
Each system comes with one page of instructions so anyone on your team can run it. Thirty days of text support after handoff.
You own every login, every document, every system. If you want to build it yourself, the blueprint is the checklist.
You leave with a blueprint you own. What you do with it can transform your business forever.
Every repeatable task in the business, ranked by the hours a week it takes, whoever does it today.
Every repeatable job, named, with who runs it now.
Easy, medium, or hard to move from a person to a system.
Dollars a week per task, from the hourly figures you gave me.
Keep, upgrade, or replace, for every tool you pay for, with the monthly cost of any change.
First, second, third, and why that order.
Sent to you, kept by you.
05 · Price · Every number before you say yes
Here is what each step costs, in the order you would take them.
If the blueprint does not find at least 5 hours a week, you get every dollar back and you keep the blueprint.
Nothing is billed by the hour. You will never get an invoice you did not see coming.

The call is free. The first fix is free. The assessment is $499. The build is a fixed price quoted from your blueprint, and the $499 comes off it. Every number is written down before you say yes to it. Nothing is billed by the hour.
If the blueprint finds fewer than 5 hours a week, you get every dollar back and you keep the blueprint. That is the whole policy. No conditions, no asterisk.
No. It moves the repeatable work off people so they can do the work that needs a person. The blueprint names who runs each task today and which tasks a system should take. Your people keep the judgment calls, the phone calls, and the customers.
No. You describe your week. I do the setup. Each system comes with one page of instructions written so anyone on your team can run it, and you have 30 days of text support after handoff.
The 45-minute call is recorded so I can write the blueprint from your words instead of my memory. The recording and notes go to you. Every login, document, and system built for you is in your name, and I do not keep access after handoff.
Not by default. The tool audit section of the blueprint says keep, upgrade, or replace for every tool you pay for, with the monthly cost of any change. If a fix needs a paid plan, you see the tier and the price before anything is bought.
Yes. It is written for that. The build order is the checklist. Owners who want it done hire me for the build; owners who have someone in house hand it to them.
Fifteen minutes for the call. Nothing to prepare. Forty-five minutes for the assessment. During the build, a few short check-ins over about two weeks. The point is to give you hours back, so it is built to cost you as few as possible.
Owner-run businesses with a team, where the same tasks come around every week: quotes, intake, follow-up, scheduling, reports. Trades, agencies, professional offices, wholesalers, e-commerce. If you can name a task someone does every week by hand, the call is worth 15 minutes.
The systems keep running. They are yours. If something breaks or the business changes, you can book a fix at a fixed price, the same way as the build.
